Continental’s frequent-flyer program, OnePass, was created in 1987 to provide additional benefits for the travelers who fly with us the most. This year, our OnePass program celebrated its 21st birthday in style, with a Las Vegas poker extravaganza. To read more about the celebration, click here.
The OnePass program allows customers to earn miles from their flights on Continental or any SkyTeam partner to more than 500 travel destinations worldwide. Members can also accrue miles from Continental’s mileage partners, which include numerous hotels, car rental companies, credit cards, cruise lines, online retailers, and grocery stores. More than 7.4 million people are OnePass members, having earned or redeemed miles in the past year.
OnePass members can redeem miles for future travel or other benefits. The OnePass Online Auction is one of the most distinctive ways that members can redeem miles. At auction.continental.com, you can use your miles to bid on exclusive and once-in-a-lifetime experiences, like behind-the-scenes packages with sports teams and VIP Broadway tickets. OnePass members can also donate their miles to a variety of charitable causes, including the March of Dimes, American Red Cross, Dream Foundation, Golfers Against Cancer, Make-A-Wish Foundation, M. D. Anderson Cancer Center, and other important organizations.
Our most frequent flyers become OnePass elite members. Elite members receive priority boarding privileges, priority baggage handling, and many other special travel opportunities, like complimentary upgrades for travel within the United States (when space is available).
We’ve made the process of earning and redeeming miles easy. OnePass members can simply go to continental.com to manage their accounts. In addition to the time-saving features that all our travelers enjoy at continental.com, like the ability to make or change flight reservations and check in online, OnePass members can book travel rewards, check their mileage activity and statements, and view the latest OnePass news and offers, all under an account profile that saves their contact information and preferences. OnePass members also have the opportunity to get the latest deals and offers as well as up-to-the-minute flight status when they subscribe to the various Continental e-mails.
